DESCRIPTION
We understand the Form concept (Frámpton) as a result of the interaction of three factors: “Topos, Typos and Tectonics”;This is the work area of TCII and TCIII. This scope of work is the same as the FIRMITAS, condition with which, together with the VENUSTAS and the UTILITAS, Vitruvius defines the architecture. Alberti also defines that the three conditions that determine the architecture are: NECESSITAS, COMMODITAS and VOLUPTAS. Ignacio Paricio makes us see that this comfort can be separated into a convenience of distribution, and a comfort of comfort. And It´s the envelope facade that allows us to project this comfort to protect us from the inclemencies of the climate. On this WATERTIGHT COMFORT, in front of the weather that protects us from rain, wind and snow; On this INSULATING COMFORT, that limits the flow of energy protecting us from the cold and the heat; And on the STABLE COMFORT that gives us a firm and lasting structure; (Ignacio Paricio), deals with the course of TC II.

CONTENTS
Incorporate the concept of the close link between construction technique and architectural project, understanding the decisive role of construction in the definition of architectural form. Approaching the concept of architecture focused on material and constructive facts, understanding the determining role of physical processes in the determination of architectural form. Incorporate the comfort concept proposed by Alberti (commoditas), and the requirement that this poses, to envelop and protect the living space for people. Incorporate theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of problems of the three envelopes of the building. Watertight enclosure: Protection against weather, rain, wind, snow. The thermal envelope: Protection against temperature, limiting the flow of energy through its thickness. The Stable Envelope: The envelope must be stable providing a consistent and durable structure. Study the problems of structure and envelope in the three particular places of the building: The Base, The Flight of the Building and The Covering. Study the installations, which complement the comfort necessary for the construction of the habitat.
