The project aims to rehouse the families from the Venus building.
The two buildings are placed diagonally at the farthest ends of the plot, avoiding overlapping and creating a greater distance between them. The terraces are oriented to avoid direct views between the two volumes. Geometrically, the floor plan is composed of two interlocked rectangles, resulting in a total of six corners, one for each housing unit, and an interlocking section where the core is located. This geometry achieves a democratic and homogeneous aggregation where all the units are exactly the same in both volumes.
The layout is organized around a diagonal space that connects the living room and the kitchen-dining area in a sequence from the entrance to the corner terrace. The wet areas are grouped near the entrance of each unit and adjacent to the shared access areas, freeing up the corners to allow for greater spatial flexibility at the ends of the building.
